Since it is the 1st week, so one of the tasks is to use Fusion 360 to create a key chain with our own names, it also serves as a revision for semester 1.
This activity will help us to fresh some of the learning points in ICPD, at the end of this exercise, I should be able to:
1. Design a key chain using Fusion 360
2. Familiarize with the different function keys
Here are the Procedures:
1. create a key chain shape
To start with, I need to create a basic shape of a key chain, so I drew a rectangle with a length of 65mm and a width of 25mm. Then I used "offset" of 2mm to create the space where I can type my name inside(shown in Fig.1).

2. Design the key chain
Then, I selected "create a line" from the top to bottom. Next up, I used "dimension" to maintain the distance of 7mm between the line and the left border, so the hole of the key chain will be located nicely in this dimension. After I have created a 5mm radius circle, I can then use "text" to type my name inside the space. However, in the tutorial, it specified a height of 16mm, but my name cannot fix nicely so I used a height of 13mm (see Fig.2).

3. Extrude
It is almost done! The next step is to "extrude" (Extrude can turn our 2D sketch into 3D) the frame and the inner surface of the key chain with a value of 3mm, but be in mind that DON'T select the circle and the name. You will then get a key chain like what is shown in Fig.3.

4. Final adjustment
The final step is to select our name and the frame to "extrude" and type 1.5mm, in the extrude box, select "offset plane" and type 3mm. The final product is shown in Fig.4.
